Features and Advantages
The evaporative air cooler works on the physical principle of using water evaporation to absorb heat and lower the ambient temperature. Specifically, the air cooler consists of a special paper honeycomb-shaped cooling wet curtain with a large surface area, a high-efficiency energy-saving fan, a water circulation system, a float valve water replenishment device, a casing, and electrical components. When powered on and the fan motor inside the air cooler is running, a negative pressure is quickly generated inside the air cooler cavity, causing the outside air to enter the cavity through the highly water-absorbent wet curtain. The water on the wet curtain evaporates under adiabatic conditions, taking away a large amount of latent heat. The purified and cooled air is then delivered into the workshop by the fan, and through continuous convection, the factory and workshop achieve a cooling effect.
